Here is my annual report, as required by section 35 of the Inspector-General of Intelligence and Security Act 1986. The report covers the period of the 1996-97 financial year.

I have consulted with all of the intelligence and security agencies, each of which share my view that this version of my report is suitable for tabling in the Parliament.
