158. I received no requests from Ministers to conduct investigations into ONA and there were no references from the Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission in relation to human rights.

159. I met with the Director-General of ONA on several occasions to discuss matters of common interest but otherwise my involvement with the agency was fairly minimal. Given that ONA is an assessment rather than collection agency this is not exceptional.
