203. I meet with most ASIS officers prior to their posting. The purpose of these meetings is to discuss any issues which may have arisen in the immediate pre-departure period or which can be anticipated to arise at a particular post.
204. I also regularly attend training sessions for ASIS officers and inductees, addressing them on the work of the office.
