Use this form if you wish to make a complaint about:
- the security assessment stage of an application for an Australian visa, or
- an Australian Intelligence agency

What happens to your complaint?
Please provide an email address. We will acknowledge your complaint in writing as soon as possible after we receive it. We will give your complaint careful prompt attention. We cannot acknowledge or respond to your complaint if you do not provide a valid email address.
We will decide what action to take and may contact the agency concerned for information.
Many complaints are finalised quickly. Complex or formal investigations may take much longer - we will keep you informed of progress.
If we do not take up your complaint we will tell you why.
