During 2008 the Inspector-General conducted an inquiry into the actions taken by ASIO in 2003 in respect of Mr Izhar Ul-Haque following the dismissal of charges against Mr Ul-Haque in the NSW Supreme Court and criticism of two ASIO officers by that court.
